Helium is no more

At the young age of just 13, we had to bid farewell to the Trakehner Elite Stallion HELIUM by Millennium out of Hirse by Induc-Arsenal (Herba AAH family). The charismatic black stallion from the renowned breeding program of the Nissen family in Skals, Denmark, was the Reserve Champion of his licensing year at the Trakehner Stallion Market (2015) and found his second home through the auction at the Trakehner Stud Gut Staffelde, owned by Bettina Lechtermann. She subsequently played a leading role in overseeing the stallion’s exceptionally successful career, both in breeding and sport.

The top sire Helium is the father of the Trakehner Champion Stallions Ferrari Forever, Rheinglanz, and Kap Verde, Reserve Champion Go Magic, and the licensed stallions Olymp, Privatier, and Dameron. Helium has 77 registered daughters, 23 of whom have received the Association Premium and ten with both State and Association Premiums. In sport, he was successful up to Grand Prix under the saddle of Natalie Soujon. His offspring also excel in the dressage arena, many of them already achieving numerous successes in advanced classes.
